These Terms govern your use of www.vm1.live (“VM1”), operated by Nimit Bhargava from Bengaluru, India. By using VM1 you agree to them.
1. What VM1 is
VM1 is a web channel that streams the YouTube charts with pop-up trivia overlays. All video playback is served by YouTube through the official IFrame Player API. VM1 does not host any video. Your use of embedded video is also subject to YouTube’s Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy.
2. Acceptable use
- Don’t scrape, reverse-engineer, abuse, or deny service to VM1.
- Don’t attempt to extract, redistribute, or download the underlying YouTube content beyond what the YouTube player permits.
- Don’t use VM1 in a way that violates applicable law.
3. Content and trivia
Music videos, artwork, titles, and associated rights belong to their respective owners. VM1 only displays YouTube thumbnails and links for embed playback.
Trivia is written in the spirit of classic Pop-Up Video, a mix of verified facts, obscure notes, and dry editorial color, and is intended for entertainment. We try to verify what we publish but make no warranty as to accuracy or completeness. Don’t cite us.
4. DMCA / takedown
If you believe a video or trivia item on VM1 infringes your rights, email nimitbhargava@gmail.com with:
- Identification of the work (song, artist, YouTube URL, or trivia text).
- Your contact information.
- A statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf, and that the information is accurate.
We will act promptly and, where appropriate, forward the notice to YouTube.
5. Disclaimer
VM1 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or that VM1 will meet your requirements.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nimit Bhargava is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of VM1.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of VM1 after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
